Damages:

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 consecutive days after the product has been received in order for us to initiate an echange. Any customers looking to make an exchange on a potentially damaged or defective item, can Contact us via Email @ Merakinyc.shop@gmail and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the damage/defect . The request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, an exchange will not be possible.

Size Exchanges: 

All customers looking to exchange a product must contact our customer service  @ MerakiNyc.shop@gmail.com and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item in its current condition.. The request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even ifpartial. In these cases, an exchange will not be possible. Once approved you can send the items to the return address provided on the packing slip or via Email. 

Wrong Address: 

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Return policies:

All sales are final. Size Exchanges are possible however Due to the rising increase in communicable disease / viruses, previously worn, or visibly damaged clothing which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons may not be submitted for exchange. All exchanges must be communicated to us via email within 7 consecutive days of receiving said item.
